Ready for some "Me-Time"? Mia Tempo Subscription to the Rescue

I had the best opportunity to try out Mia Tempo this month, and let me tell you this subscription is just amazing.  I was thoroughly impressed by each an every product in the box, and I loved that the Mia Tempo box introduced me to products I had never heard of before.

What is Mia Tempo?

This subscription box is sent out once a month with all natural organic spa and beauty products that are perfect for the well needed “Me Time”.  They have curated a fantastic box that delivers to you an array of amazing products that provides a fun and unique way of getting yourself to relax.

Can you tell why I like this box so much now. I am always looking for a way to relax and have some me time amongst all the busyness that life brings.

Well enough with the talking I am sure you want to see what Mia Tempo is all about.

This box was curated to help you during the busyness of traveling, and even while away from home Mia Tempo thinks it is important to bring those Me-time supplies with you. This month the Mia Tempo Box's products were focused on helping you keep first , debris and toxins of traveling out! Sounds good to me! Healthy Skin tickles me pink!

 “hello, beautiful” Collection

This set was just amazing. And this is currently what I am using for my daily face cleaner/ moisturizer regiment, and I am loving it.  Each “hello, beautiful” collection set came in this amazing box. And included the following products to help keep the skin healthy, balanced and keep the nasty toxins and dirt away.

Hello, beautiful Box

Hello, beautiful products included in set

Each “hello, beautiful” set came with wonderful directions and took you through a step by step process. 6 steps in total.  For some that seems like a lot of work for a face cleaning, but when you are taking some well needed me time, this is perfect.  You will be thanking yourself, MyChelle and Mia Tempo afterwards, because this stuff makes your skin feel wonderfully clean and soft!

Could this not be more perfect. I am constantly look for products that help take the bags away from my eyes. This Wild Carrot Eye Crème not only smells great, but it feels very refreshing on the eyes.  Great addition to this Mia Tempo box!

This felt so light on the lips, more like a tinted chapstick. And I love tinted chapstick, especially for the summer and for an on the go pick me up. And this lipstick smells pretty as well, another plus for me!

With summer coming sun shield will do our household some good. I used to think I could never burn, as I tend to have a more tan skin tone, but oh how I was very wrong. I will definitely be using this during those sunny days on the boat, or out in the park. This Sun shield also smells great, and is also environmentally safe, reef safe and non toxic, even better!

Such a great bag to keep all the goodies in, and it is perfect for travelling!

Cost: The cost of this box per month is $39.95, and the products received, as well as the quality, are well worth the price.

Tickled Pink Opinion: I am enjoying this box thoroughly, and have used each and every product already, except the sun shield, as it is not sunny here in Washington yet. The quality of products impresses me even more, and the fact that they are all natural organic products, makes that me-time feel a whole lot better. I cannot wait to see more from Mia Tempo.

Last I really appreciate a company like Mia Tempo that knows how important me time is for an individual, but also knows that it is important to give back. For this May box for each subscription sold Mia Tempo donated a portion of their proceeds to, which aids in the recovery of those effect by the horrific Boston crime. Thank you Mia Tempo for knowing how to give back! If you are interested in learning more about OneFundBoston, you can go to their website HERE.

High Five for Friday

I am linking up with Lauren over at Lauren Elizabeth, you can check her out HERE, for High Five for Friday.

1) Love being able to go outside during this time of the year and pick flowers to put in the house. These were from the weekend, they matched my new vase perfectly!

2) My fiance’ loves homemade Chinese BBQ Pork. I am not sure what I started, but once he had homemade Chinese BBQ Pork he rarely will eat any other kind.. This works well with our low carb/high protein diet right now.

3) Got an Apple of my Eye Grab bag, and I am loving this new bracelet.  Just makes my day a little brighter!

4) Had so much fun with the little one this week and the past weekend. I was trying so hard to get a picture of her in the fort that daddy built her using her new slide, but she is one wiggle worm.

5) We are almost done with our 2nd week of Tapout Extreme Training workout. I never really thought I would love stretching and this Yoga so much, but after the other days work outs it was the best.  If you have never heard of Tapout XT check it out. Now that is one workout!

And what are your highlights for the week? Hope you have a great weekend!

Until next time

Rocksbox Raving Review

I apologize for the delay in putting this absolutely wonderful box on my blog, but here is my May Rocksbox.

I have to say first, that I am loving Rocksbox. They make me feel like a million bucks, when I wear the jewelry they send me. While, yes, I might not be able to afford to purchase some of the items, at least I can play dress up for awhile.

What is Rocksbox?

Rocksbox is a monthly jewelry subscription, like Netflix, that send a couple pieces of top of the line jewelry to you each month. At the end of the time they give you with the pieces of jewery, 60 days, you can send them back to Rocksbox or buy  them at a member’s price.  Each month costs $19.

My May Rocksbox

CC Skye Starsheild Necklace
 $120 (Member Price)

I really wish I could keep this. It is just a perfect dainty, yet bold piece of jewelry. It seems that it works perfectly with anything I wear as well. If only it was a little bit more in my budget. I will hate to part with this great necklace.

Urban Gem Baquette Bracelet in Grey
 $51. 20 (Member's Price)

I am loving myself some Urban Gem. Last month I got a gold studded bracelet from Urban Gem in my Rocksbox, and now another wonderful bracelet. I have not found much to wear this with, but I think it is absolutely beautiful.

Lucas Jack Hex Earrings in Blue
 $62.40 (Member's Price)

I was very excited to see a orange bag in my Rocksbox this month, as I have seen other Rocksbox subscribers with Lucas Jack jewelry, and I loved each and every piece. These earring are simple, yet elegant, and these too I wish I could keep. They are a little less than the CC Syke necklace, but not in the budget this month unfortunately. I still have some weeks with these beauties so I am going to take full advantage.

I think Rocksbox is just a great box overall. I love that I am able to try these pieces of jewelry, that I would not normally be able to wear or buy, and then send them back only to receive some more awesome pieces the next month. And the option to buy these pieces is just a bonus!

Thank you Rocksbox for doing such and awesome job curating such a great box! Here is my wishlist for June!

What do you think of Rocksbox? If you would like to sign up or learn more about Rocksbox you can visit their website HERE. And if you would like to try it out for a free month send me an e-mail  at, and I will hook you up to one free month through Rocksbox!

Fantastic New Subscription Petit Vour Review

I want to share about a new box that I just received the other day,  PETIT VOUR, and let me tell you what great new box! Before I go into more detail about this wonderfully curated box, I have to tell you it is a must have for all those beauty lovers out there.

Petit Vour is a monthly subscription box dedicated to bringing you products fresh beauty miniatures - culled from beauty’s finest, ethical and vegan, right to your doorstep each month.

“Inside each box, you will find a range of chic beauty & grooming products for you to apply, blend, buff, groom, lather, soak & spray. The samples are generously sized, with enough product for you to figure out if it’s right for you. You’ll also find exclusive promo codes for all of your new favorites. “

I am absolutely thrilled about this first box I received.

Petit Vour May Box

I am in love with this shampoo and conditioner. Not only does it smell devine, but it also is made with Organic Argan Oil + Argan Stem Cells, CoQ10, and Organic Sea Buckthorn Oil--high in Omega 7, and  is made to Provides lasting moisture to even the most dry and damaged hair. This hair care line from Acure is also vegan, gluten free, sulfate free, paraben free, phthalate free, color safe, and cruelty free

I have to admit right away that I was not too sure about this bar after I looked at it, as it looks quite interesting. This bar was sweetened with bananas, dates, and coconut, and the go raw bar was very good.  This bar is a great way to start the day or tame hunger between meals.

Misa is a nail polish brand that comes from a company that is vegan and cruelty free. The nail polish is free of any Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde and TolueneI looked the Misa website and they have so many great products. I was excited to find out more about this company, and I am certainly excited to try out the nail lacquer included in my Petit Vour box. Loving the bright pink, First Kiss, color.

This perfume is another one of those great finds. So great that  I may just have to go and buy a bigger size.  I am not a big fan of many perfumes, and I am very picky on the scents I wear, however this perfume from Tsi-la, is wonderful. This Fiori D’ Arancio has the scents of orange blossoms, juicy tangerines,  and vanilla.,and it blends perfectly together. Tsi-La's products are 100% PURE and Fiori D Arancio is USDA Certified Organic perfume Animal Cruelty Free, Completely Natural, Vegan, Free From Harmful Synthetics , Color and preservative Free.

I was immediately psyched for this gift certificate, as I am always looking for products to better my skin.  This gift certificate was good for a complete and personalized skin consultation, personalized skin routine, and 7 freshly made skin care products.  I e-mailed Odacite’  right after I received this box and they got right back to me. Monika, my skin coach, gave me my skin consultation through e-mail, which I promptly returned to her, and then she promptly replied back to me with a customized complete beauty treatment  routine, and my products are on their way. Monika also included some great home DIY remedies for some of my skin concerns. Green Tea ice cubes for dark circles. I am completely excited to try out Odacite’s products. Thank you Petit Vour! Onlin this 10 day discovery skin treatment in itself costs $29.99.

$15 per month

Tickled Pink Opinion:
I am loving this new Vegan and Cruelty Free Box. First, the packaging and presentation of the box was just great. I loved the attention to detail in the presentation of this box. Second, I really love that I have been introduced to some great products . I cannot wait to get my Odacite 10-day skin products, and am so happy to have been introduced to a perfume I actually like. I anticipate that PetIt Vour’s next boxes will be just as great, and I am excited to see boxes up and coming.

New Beauty Subscription Boxycharm Revealed

I was so surprised to receive Boxycharm yesterday after I got off work. I had got the shipping confirmation e-mail yesterday , so I thought it would be another day or so before it arrived. However, when I checked my mail there it was. Exciting! You would think I was a kid in a candy shop when it came to getting boxes in the mail, especially when they are as great as this one.

The details are great on this box. I love the "Thank you" charm

What is Boxy Charm?
Boxycharm is a new subscription that officially launches on June 1st, and I am very pleased to say this box is one to be excited about. Boxycharm is a monthly subscription that brings great beauty products to you. I think Boxycharm can explain their box best:

“BOXYCHARM  is an online beauty subscription that surprises you each month with name-brand beauty essentials. Our goal is to enhance your current cosmetic collection by delivering trendy and popular beauty items right to your front door. Our beauty experts have years of experience in the health and beauty industry and are dedicated to selecting the essentials that they know you will love. Each month, you will receive a beautifully crafted box with 5-6 FULL SIZE beauty items. We remain updated with the latest beauty trends to assure that we select only the best in nail care, hair products, skin care, and cosmetics to best suit your beauty needs.

Each box comes with an Introduction Card and a card explaining the them.
Loving the Spring Flowers on the cards.

Each monthly box only costs $21 per month or $60 for a 3 month subscription. Not too bad at all, as you will see, for what a wonderfully curated box this is.

Before I reveal this fantastic box, I need to warn you that the rest of this post may be a SPOILER, as I think each box from Boxycharm may be the same each month.

This is a great color and will look great alone or over another lipstick. This lip gloss also does a great job at nourish those lips, as it is made with honey nectar. I really love Maybelline, and have a few of their lipsticks already. And this lip gloss is full size! Cost $6.50

I really do like these nail polish strips. I do not use them very often, as I have so many different nail polishes, and like to change colors so often. These nail polish strips are made out of real nail polish, are easy to get on, and really do last longer than regular nail polish. Cost $8

I love Maybelline Eye Shadow duos, trios etc. They really are great shadows. I have been loving the pink tones coming out this season, so I was really excited to see these colors in my Boxycharm. Boxycharm is definitely charming me! Cost $9

I have wanted to give this lipstick a try, and thus comes Boxycharm.  Also,  I was so excited to see the color. Rosetto is such a pretty color and the perfect pink for the summer. It was hard to find this online, however I found another Rimmel by Kate color, Cost $11

This is a powder-gel blush that is said to go on like powder and last all day. I really like the Coffee Cake powder’s color, and think Boxycharm picked this color out just for me.  I love a good natural blush for summer. Cost $6.50

I just love any box that tops everything off with some nail polish, and I am loving this vibrant fun hot pink. I am a big fan of bright toes, so I think this will be my next pedicure polish change. Cost $4.50

While I love getting any and all eye liners in any of my monthly subscription boxes, especially when it is full size, I have never used an emerald eye liner. I will definitely give it a try though,  since emerald is the color of the year, and a shade of my favorite color, Green. Cost $10

I was most excited about this little addition in the Boxycharm box. I have heard great things about Essense of Beauty brushes, and love getting brushes! You can never have too many makeup brushes. Best of all I like that the brushes come in a great organizational pack. I could only find the 6 pack of these type of brushes, and I estimated the Cost $7

Just to top it off,  Boxycharm added something to keep all these great beauty treats inside, a beauty bag. This beauty bag is great; It is made very well; It looks to be water resident and easy to clean off, and it is black, which I love. I found a larger makeup bag on the Mary Kay website for $30, so I figure this would around $10.

I think Boxycharm has just done a fantastic, over-the -top, job on their first grand opening box. The theme of this first box is Spring  into Color, and it was definitely prominent all throughout the box. All the items fit together perfectly. Best of all,  Boxycharm included about $73 worth of FULL SIZE products into this beauty box. Wow! And a monthly subscription only costs $21, and you get all these great beauty items in Boxycharm.  I love trying new beauty items, so I will sticking around to see what is in the future for Boxycharm.

What do you think of Boxycharm? Will you be signing up for this great box? If you are interested in learning more or to sign up, you can visit the Boxycharm website HERE.

Until next time
