In everyday life sometimes it is hard to just stop and smell the
coffee; all work and no fun. I think that it is important to do something for
ones self sometimes. Today my
Tip Top Tidbit Tuesday is focusing on feeling good.
I am sure you have seen that I really like Julep, and although I
love my nails to look great or for my toes to feel good and look great, I do
not always have the time to do something for my nails or toes.Julep must
understand this because
they have come out with a Fit Feet Kit, which was created for Fitness Magazine.
This is a great kit that includes the following:
Billie Jean: Purple
fuchsia crème
Julep Instant Warming Foot Scrub:
The Best Pedi Prep Ever
Julep Foot File
Toe Seperators
What a great kit to just take time to relax in a bath, and have
a home spa day. I really do think it is so important to do something nice for
yourself, relax, and take a breather at times. This Fit Feet Kit is just
perfect to do just so.
My next Tip Top Tidbit for Tuesday is to share with you what helped me overcame my nemesis, running. I used to hate running. I thought it such a boring
thing to do, and running long distances, even worse. However, a couple years
ago I started prepping myself for a 5k. After my first 5k, I was hooked. These runs are so motivating
and make the exercise of running so much more easy to accomplish. Even the
daily training for the run is more fun due to the anticipation of the run, and
the motivation to keep going. Here is a 5k that I am so excited to sign up for:
This 5k run (3.106 miles), which I have never ran before, looks like so much fun. I love the energy and environment in this run ;and
while you are getting your exercise, you are also having a great time. The Color in Motion 5k
has runs located all over the US. Each Color in Motion run is full of color, “bright
colors that transform a group of ordinary runners into a moving rainbow.” I
cannot wait to participate in this run. I will let you know how it goes here is
Seattle.
If you too are going to sign up for the Color In Motion run
nearest you, please let me know how it goes, and share pictures.
Until next time…
Stay Tickled
Pink,
Stephanie
Good for you, I love running too, but I sort of have been out of the loop lately, and it is so hard to start again! :(
