Country Fair Mini Blueberry Scones

Today I was feeling like baking up some goodies for our household. I was feeling a little reminiscent when I ran across the Fisher Original Scone Mix in the pantry.    As early as I can remember the Fisher company had a scone booth at our local county fair, they now have many booths throughout the fair. And let me tell you these Fisher scones are delicious..  Fisher scones at the summer fair was the most popular food of choice for all coming to the fair, and the Fisher Scone continues to be a fair favorite.

It is nice to see the Fisher mixture in the stores, and it taste just like the original scones we bought at the fair. And best yet these Mini Blueberry Scones are so easy to make.

Here is the recipe:

Mini Blueberry Scones
1 package of Fisher Scone Mix (only need water and mix)
1 cup of Ocean Spray Craisin Blueberries; and
¼ cup of frozen blueberries.

First mix the Fisher Scone mix with water according to the Fisher box directions, and  then add the Ocean Spray Craisin Blueberries. Transfer the mix to a mini cupcake sheet, and then cook the Mini Blueberry scones for 10 minutes (or until golden brown).  And then Enjoy!

Finished Mini Blueberry Scones

Both my fiance’ and our little one loved them, and I do not think they will last very long.

Have you tried Fisher Scone Mix? Any neat or unique recipes you can share?

Until next time
Stay Tickled Pink,
Stephanie
