This week for Tip Top Tuesday, I would like to share some great tidbits I found on getting in shape. Becoming more physically fit is at the top of my list. . Whether it be a good workout , some great supplements to help me be more energetic and more healthy, or a good healthy recipe, I am on the lookout.
I have recently found Kona Kase.

I have not shared much on
my blog, but I really enjoy nice a long run. I have, in the past 5-7 years, ran in

I want to talk a

boxing. It sounds like a great workout to me.
