Fab Kids Malibu Dreams Collection Selection Review

I was so excited to see all the cute clothing in the latest collection, Malibu Dreams, from Fab Kids. And when Fab Kids graciously offered to send me an outfit to review on the blog, I was even more excited. I could hardly wait to see the outfit pick we made from the new collection. You would think the clothing was for me rather than our little one. I am sure I was more excited about the clothing; she was more excited about just opening the package.

What is Fab Kids?
Fab Kids, which is affiliated with Just Fab, is a company started by a couple of mothers, and Christina Applegate (movie star), and founded to let girls,  and now boys, express their individuality through fashion, while allowing parents to get high end clothing at reasonable prices. After taking the style quiz, Fab Kids then picks out clothing perfect for your little one. You can pick and choose what you would like. Every outfit comes with two pieces now (used to be three, but the third item was usually just a headband or hair accessory), and the cost used to be $39.95, but is now $29.95. You are not obligated to pick a set each month, and can skip if you choose as well. Right now new members get their first outfit for $15, plus free shipping!

Fab Kids
Malibu Dreams

I have to say, this was one of my favorite collections from Fab Kids thus far. I just loved the palm tree prints and the bright spring colors. If you would like to take a look at some of the other outfits, you can HERE.

My Pick- Cali Chic Outfit
What I liked most about this outfit is that it would work perfect for other seasons, and would work very well mix matching with different tops or bottoms. I also love the pattern on both the skirt and the shirt.  I know I say this a lot with Fab Kids outfits, but if it came in my size I would so buy it for myself!

Stripped Ruffle Top $18 Retail

I just love ruffle tops during the summer time, it adds that extra girly flair to an otherwise dull tank top. By no means is this tank top dull, and not only will look cute with the palm tree skirt, but also would look great with most other bottoms we have for our little one; Very versatile! My favorite part of this top, other than the ruffle, is that the zipper in the back is a mint green, which just adds that extra touch of fun to the tank top.

Palm Tree Skater Skirt $26 Retail
When I first saw the Malibu Dreams Collection, I knew I had to pick something with this cute palm tree print. After actually getting this skirt, it is even cuter in person. And again, if you add some leggings with this skirt and a long sleeve shirt it will be perfect for colder weather as well.  And, like all Fab Kids clothing I have ever received, this skirt was made of great fabric and quality made.

TICKLED PINK OPINION

I have not yet received an outfit from Fab Kids that has not impressed me. I have many outfits from Fab Kids now, and they have been through the wash several times, and each piece still withstands the wear and tear, ending up still looking awesome. Not only is the clothing fantastic, but the price is equally as fantastic. For the cost of $29.99, I received a great quality and stylish outfit worth $44.  Not to mention the convienance of not having to wonder around shopping malls, etc, for clothing, rather these great clothes are delivered right to my door each month.  Like always, I cannot wait to see what Fab Kids comes out with next!

What did you think of the Malibu Dreams collection from Fab Kids? If you are interested in learning more about Fab Kids or signing up, you can HERE.  Don’t forget new members get their first outfit for $15.

Until next time

Fab Kids- With Love Collection Review and Subscription Update

A busy day on the blog today, but I have so much to share today and I just cannot stop. One subscription that I really like is Fab Kids. I have tried all the Fab subscriptions; Just Fab, Fab Kids and Fabletics, but Fab Kids is my favorite. And along with my recent outfit we were graciously offered from Fab Kids to review, I also want to review the recent changes from Fab Kids.

What is Fab Kids? And Subscription Update
Right now they have a great offer of buy 1 outfit and get 1 free, two great outfits for only $29.95!

January
With Love Collection

I say this about all Fab Kids collections, but it was so hard to pick one outfit from this month’s With Love Collection. All the outfits were just so cute.  However, we decided to pick the:

Wild Color Block Outfit
I love color block, and I especially love color block for our little one.

Colorblock Dress $34 Retail Price
I love this dress, and it is perfect to wear on its own, with leggings or tights. The bright colors are great, and perfect to show off our little ones bright, and on the wild side, personality . This dress is very well made, with a very sturdy zipper on the black and can be machine washed!

Zebra Legging $16 Retail Price
I picked this outfit out because I really loved the zebra leggings, and we do not have any zebra leggings yet. The only thing about these leggings is that I thought they would be thicker like past leggings I have received from Fab Kids, but they seemed a little light. What I found is that these leggings are made of rayon, where as the other leggings are made of cotton. That would explain it. I would most definitely only put our little one in these during warmer days. However,  I still think they are super cute, and they would good with so many other tops and dresses that we have!

Other With Love
Collection Top Pick

Animal Ruffle Outfit

This outfit was not available when I picked my outfit, and just came out. But, I think this is so cute, and would have been my top pick.

TICKLED PINK OPINION

Another fantastic collection from Fab Kids. I have been so impressed by each and every outfit that we have received from Fab Kids, and all outfits stand up really well with how rough our little one is on her clothing and how much we wash them. For $29.95, I would highly recommend Fab Kids for kids clothing needs. Not only are the outfits made well, but they are just so cute! The only problem now is not picking out too many outfits for our little one.

What did you think of the January’s With Love Fab Kids Collection ? If you are interested in learning more or signing up for Fab Kids, you can HERE.  And Right now they have a great offer of buy 1 outfit and get 1 free, two great outfits for only $29.95!

Holiday Bling Collection- Fab Kids Review

There is something about little kids clothing that is super cute. If you have read my blog before you know I am a big fan of Fab Kids. Fab Kids comes out with new collections each month, and for November they had two. My little one is going to have more clothes than me soon.  Here is a picture of our little one in the Wild At Heart Neon Ruffles Outfit, so cute! You can see that collection HERE.

What is Fab Kids?

November
Holiday Bling Collection Pick

These were all great outfits for the holiday season. We already had our Christmas dress picked out. Well, Grandma picked it out. So, we decided to go for something less formal.  However, I really loved a couple of the other outfits, which I will show at the end of the post.

Love Forever Outfit

I let Daddy pick out the outfit this time, and he picked good. One thing I really like about this outfit is that each piece is pretty versatile with other clothing that we have for our little one.

Ruffle Graphic Sweater

This is a great sweater for winter. It is pretty heavy, but breathable so our little one can still play in it. It also has cute little satin ruffles on the sleeves. Super cute.

Holiday Baroque Skirt

This was my favorite part of this Holiday Bling Collection. This skirt is so cute. Honestly, and I know I have said this before, but I would buy this skirt for myself if it came in my size. The lace detail on the skirt is so feminine and sweet, and the gold is perfect for the holiday season. I say this is a great skirt for New Year’s Eve!

Fab Kids Tights in Black

We sometimes have a hard time getting tights on our little one, but a couple weeks ago it went pretty well. I am hopeful that these will get some use out of them. They feel pretty warm, and will be great for the cold months ahead.

Other Holiday Bling Collection Picks:

Holiday Baroque  Outfit

Sparkle Play Outfit

Holiday Party Outfit

TICKLED PINK OPINION

This Holiday Bling Collection was just perfect for the holidays.  I really could have picked out any one of the outfits, as they were all so cute. What I really like about Fab Kids is that they really have great pieces that look great, feel great, while still keeping in mind they are for kids. And our kid, she is quite an active one, so breathable and wearable/moveable clothing is a must. Fab Kids clothing fits that criteria perfectly. I cannot wait to expand our little ones closet with Fab Kids’ pieces!

Fab Kids August Back-to-School Box Review

I completely adore Fab Kids right now. There new line for August Back-To-School collection is just great. And, it is Fab Kid’s largest Back-To-School collection ever. With all the awesome picks it is hard not want it all.

What is Fab Kids?
Fab Kids, which is affiliated with Just Fab, is a company started by a couple of mothers, and Christina Applegate (movie star), and founded to let girls express their individuality through fashion, while allowing parents to get high end clothing at reasonable prices.

After taking the style quiz, Fab Kids then picks out clothing perfect for your little one. You can pick and choose what you would like. Every outfit comes with three pieces, and the cost is $39.95, shipping is always free,  and the clothing ranges in size from 2 to 12. You are not obligated to pick a set each month, and can skip if you choose as well. And now Fab Kids has boys clothing!

AUGUST BACK-TO-SCHOOL
FAB KIDS PICK

Stripe Play Outfit

This outfit usually would cost $60 to buy piece by piece, however, with Fab Kids the cost is only $39.95.

Back Zip Stripped Dress- $34

I absolutely love this dress, and after I received it from Fab Kids I loved it even more. This dress is just so cute. Love the black and white, with contrasting zipper in back. The skirt has just the right amount of twirl, which I love.  I think I would have to buy something like this for me if it was in my size.

Fab Soft Leggings - $16

These were said to be super soft, and yes indeed they are. These are perfect for a great fall look when the weather starts to get a little colder.

Blue Bow Hair Clip- $10

Fab Kids advertises this outfit with a Red Headband, which I prefer, but we got a blue bow hair clip. I would not normally pick this out for our little one, but I am sure we can wear it sometime.

I would have had our little one try it on, but she has not been in the mood for modeling off clothing for pictures lately.  However, here is the full outfit off the Fab Kids site. So cute! Wish we had the red hair band now, the red just accents it perfectly.

Top Picks for Next Fab Kids Box

Top Boys Picks

TICKLED PINK OPINION:         After receiving this outfit from Fab Kids, which was my second experience getting clothing from Fab Kids, I liked this subscription even more. The clothing was just so cute. The materials the clothing are made out of felt great and looked like they were very well made in my eyes. I probably will  not get clothing every single month from Fab Kids, but every other month would be great for our little one since she is growing so fast lately. The big plus about Fab Kids is that it makes getting clothing for our little ones very convenient for parents, and not too expensive. And, I think it is great that they are offering boys clothing now.  I look forward to seeing more from Fab Kids, and even though I said I would wait a couple months to get more clothing for our little one, I may have to give in and get some of my top picks for our little one before they sell out.

Kids Clothing Subscription- Sweet Pea Box Review

I have recently come across a new subscription, Sweet Pea Box, and I could not be more excited about this new subscription. Sweet Pea Box was started in April by a husband and wife team, who also have gone through the trials of shopping for and with little ones.  Sweet Pea Box to the rescue. Sweet Pea Box has offered me the opportunity to try out a month of their amazing subscription to share with my readers, and I am very excited to share this great subscription box with you.

What is Sweet Pea Box?
Sweet Pea Box is a kids monthly subscription box that send you a box once a month full of clothing just for the little ones in your life. For each box you get, Sweet Pea Box will ask what size your children wear and what colors and styles they like. Finally, you can get as specific as you like by adding a message to the stylist for each box you get. Tell them your child’s personality, what brands you like, anything to help our stylist create the perfect box for your child. You can even split the box between your children, you just have you let you stylist know.  And then…
Just choose how many items you want and shipping is free.
§             4 item box $30.00
§             6 item box $40.00
§             8 item box $50.00

Sweet Pea Box covers sizes 0-3 months all the way to size 8. Billing is monthly on the day you first subscribe, and you can cancel anytime.

Sweet Pea Box- 6 piece box

When Sweet Pea Box contacted me they had me send them specific information about our little one; Gender, Size, what are our favorite Colors (Bright, Pastel, Dark, White, Earth Tone or Any), and Style (Athletic, Comfy, Princess, Playful, Preppy, Hipster or Any), So they could pick out the perfect clothing to fit our little ones style. We have a little girl, who is in 3T, we like Bright, Pastel and Dark, and the style we chose was Playful. I added in extra notes that she is very active and athletic, but we still like her clothing to be girly as well. And this was the wonderful clothing we sent from Sweet Pea Box.

2B Real Flower  Summer Dress

This is super cute, and will be perfect for a special gathering. The material also seems like it will be easy to clean.

Gymboree Stripe Shorts and Flip Flop Tank

This was my favorite outfit out of the Sweet Pea Box, and perfectly fits what we would pick our for our little one. I love the bright colors and the bows on the tank.

Violet and Moss Purple Hummingbird Dress

Love Violet and Moss clothing, and was excited to see this dress in this Sweet Pea Box. Violet and Moss is 100% organic cotton, and is super soft. A Violet and Moss dress similar to this is sold on Kate Quinn Organics for $58. This will be a perfect sweet dress for fall.

French Toast Ruffle Teal Tank and
Gymboree Flower Khaki Shorts

The French Toast Ruffle Teal Tank is Super cute and go perfect with the shorts. This is a great tank to wear before during the last hot days of summer, and will look perfect with a little sweater during colder months.

We were just looking for some khaki shorts, so we were happy to see some included in our Sweet Pea Box. Our little one does not wear khaki too often , but these with the flower accents are just really cute. Also they are elastic waste band, so it is even better for our active potty training days lately. Elastic just is so much easier to pull up and down, no fuss is great for us.

TICKLED PINK OPINION: I could not be more excited about Sweet Pea Box. This is a perfect kids clothing subscription, and so convenient and easy for parents. Even though I do not mind going out to shop for our little one, I can always use a little extra help, since we have such busy schedules. What I also like about Sweet Pea Box is that all the pieces perfectly fit our little ones style. The Sweet Pea Box for 6 pieces was $40, so around $6.60 per piece, which is just an amazing deal. I will most definitely be getting another box for our little one. Sweet Pea Box is also perfect for gift giving. Cannot wait to see our next Sweet Pea Box.

Fab Kids Box Review

I have been up and down about getting a Fab Kids box for our little one for a while now. Especially since our little one is growing like a weed.  However, when I got an e-mail from Fab Kids the other day for a deal on three pieces from Fab Kids for only $4.95, I had to jump. Amazing deal!

Every outfit comes with three pieces, and the cost is $39.95. You are not obligated to pick a set each month, and can skip if you choose as well. And soon Fab Kids will be open to boys!

FIRST FAB KIDS BOX
Summer Picnic Set

This was a perfect set for our little one. We were looking for something that looked comfortable, and something that she could play in, as she is very active (as most 2 ½ year olds are). However, we still wanted something that fit her personality and looked girly. Too bad I didn't have these picks for July, as they would make for a great 4th of July outfit.

Gingham Summer Tank

This was my favorite out of the three. At first I was a little worried about this tank being too thin, but after receiving it I was very impressed. It was double lined, which  added a little more warmth, and looked to be made very well.  I am very impressed with the first item.

Eyelet Dolphin Hem Short

These shorts are super cute, cuter than I thought they would be. The eyelet pattern on the shorts creates an extra girly feel to the shorts, which I love. These are super cute and will be perfect for our up and coming camping trip.

Star Stripe Tank

This is just a perfect little tank with some girly flare, the silver star. We are not into too much on our shirts, but this was a perfect fit. And, we are starting to really get into learning our shapes, so this adds a little fun to our learning as well since there is a star on the front.

TICKLED PINK OPINION:  I am super impressed with Fab Kids, and am glad that I finally went for it. Yes, the deal for $4.95 could not be passed up.  Now that I have seen the clothing, and how well made they are I am more apt to get more outfits for the little one in the next couple months.  The only thing that I can see being a con is that some of the clothing options get sold out pretty quickly.  However, that being said I cannot wait to get some more outfits for the little one. Wish they sold adult outfits like this, haha.

These are some of my top picks for next time:

What did you think of Fab Kids? Are you ready to expand little ones wardrobe? If you are interested in signing up or learning more about Fab Kids,  you can HERE.  And do not forget for all those parents out there with boys, the boys line at Fab Kids is coming soon!

Until next time
