Starting the week off with some Spice- Tuck-Ins Monthly Review

I have been really excited to share this new box because I really do think that All women really do need something that makes them feel beautiful and sexy, and this box will do just the trick. Tuck-Ins Monthly has curated a fantastic, fun and sexy new subscription that sends its members  a fun bedroom outfit,  and some other goodies ranging from lip-gloss to great sensual care products each month. This box was made specifically to give their members a special gift each month that make them feel special; and also to inspire couples to have fun, play and keep things spicy.

The cost of Tucks-In Monthly per month is $29.99, which is wonderful considering that most sexy outfits from places like VS cost more than that. However, in Tucks-In Monthly you not only get a great sexy outfit, but you also get some great bonus goodies included. Also, just to add, Tuck-Ins Monthly does have each of its member fill out a brief profile, including your size, and then you just wait for your first box to arrive.

*Just a warning that some items in this post might want to be censored. This is not R rated by any means, just for the more mature audience.

TUCKS-IN MONTHLY BOX

2 Piece Dreamgirl Outfit

First of all I love that it was black. I thought this outfit was very sexy, it was not something that I would have ever picked out for myself, as I usually go for more of a one piece romantic looking outfit, but I really liked it. And the quality was great!

Crazy Girl Sensual Care Samples

I think that these extra goodies are perfect to tie Tuck-Ins Monthly's box all together. In this box there were several samples of Crazy Girl products, and look like great fun.

Max Lip Polish

The addition of this lip polish was perfect. It was that extra special something that really adds to the overall idea and feel behind Tuck-Ins Monthly. For me lip polish always makes me feel a little sexier, and I loved the color.

Tickled Pink Opinion: I loved this box.I would have been pleased with just the sexy two piece outfit, however, the addition of the extra goodies, just made Tuck-Ins Monthly stand above the rest. A couple extra great things about Tuck-Ins Monthly is that the presentation of this box is excellent. I really appreciate when a monthly subscription box really cares about presentation to its members. Also, after speaking with the creator/founder of Tuck-Ins Monthly I can tell that they really care about their members, and really want to provide a fantastic and over-the-top subscription service for their members.

Tuck-Ins Monthly is getting some great reviews, as you can read in Popsugar HERE, and now I can really see why. I cant wait to see more from Tuck-Ins Monthly. If you would like to learn more or subscribe you can HERE.

Until next time…

High Five for Friday

I am linking up with Lauren over at Lauren Elizabeth blog, for High Five for Friday. If you have not checked out here blog before you should, she has a great blog and great style.

This week has been a very busy week. but here are a couple tidbits to share with you.

1. I got my 10 day skin treatment from Odacite', which was included as a free gift from the Petit Vour subscription. You can read more about Petit Vour HERE. So far I am loving it. If you have not tried Odacite' I would recommend it, especially if you have sensitive skin.

2.This was a picture from the other day, and I had to share how beautiful the weather is here in Seattle. Seattle is known for rain, however, when it is sunny out there is no better place to be. Beautiful!

3.This picture is blurry, but I had to share it. We took our little one to The Little Gym for some tumbling and jumping, and she loved it. I love this picture because she looks like she is flying. So much fun.

4.Again, had to share the flowers blooming in our yard. This has to be the best flower to bloom thus far. The color is just so vibrant. Beautiful. Wish I could add smell to this post, because this rose smelled wonderful. Love this time of year!

5. Loving the CCSkye necklace that was in my Rocksbox. It goes with everything, so versatile. Only wish I could keep it. I still have awhile longer to enjoy!

What were your highlights for the week? Would love to hear all about them.

Until next time…

Style Delivered- 2nd Stitch Fix

One thing that you probably can tell from reading this blog, is that I really do enjoy shopping. Online shopping has just made this hobby of mine ( or bad habit, depending on how you look at it) easier for me to satisfy, haha. One subscription that I love, and  really caters to my shopping for clothing is Stitch Fix. If you have never heard of Stitch  Fix, well you are missing out.

Love Stitch Fix Boxes!
Stitch Fix is a personal styling service. Stitch Fix gets your style and size preferences, then send you a package of stylish goodies to try on at home. And No two Fix™ shipments are alike. Each one is hand–picked just for you. It costs $20 per month, and this $20 can be used towards the purchase of any of the items Stitch Fix adds to your box.

My 2nd Stitch Fix Box
( I apologize for my amateur self portraits)

BB Dakota Zoya Swiss Dot Peter Pan Collar Top- $68

I was not sure about this top right off the bat, but after I tried it on, well, a different story. I would have never picked this out for me, but after trying it on,  well…. I loved it. I think my Stylist Jen knows my style better than myself.

Pretty Persuasion Star Print Scarf- $38

I really do love scarves, but I was not too sure about this one. While stars are pretty and all, I am not really into wearing a bunch of them on the clothing.  However, this scarf looked good when I put it on,  and it was super soft. I did not keep this one though, as I usually do not spend lots on a scarf.

Angie Aviary Print Belted Shirtdress- $58

This was a great dress for me. Perfect pick. It was so comfortable, and would be perfect for work or worn informally . An added plus, this was my fiance’s top pick , and I got raving reviews from him on how good it looked on me. Whoo hoo, good job Jen!

Ellison Brooke Dot Print Sleeveless Tie Top-$38

I love black and white. It is definitely my go to color for work or play. I think what made this top more appealing to me is that there are so many different ways to wear this number; great with a black skirt, good with jeans , or over a black maxi dress. Endless possibilities for this Brooke Dot Print Tie Top.  And it was super cute.

Tulle Charlotte Chevron Print Belted Dress-$58

I loved this dress. The color was great, and the chevron black added a touch of fun to it. The only problem I found when I tried this dress on, was it was a little too short in the back.

Total of all 5 pieces $260, but if you buy all of them you get a 25% off discounted, and with the $20 credit all 5 pieces only cost $200. Great deal.  I did not buy all 5 pieces, but I did take advantage of my $20 credit and ended up keeping… The Ellison Dot Print Sleeveless Tie Top!

If you are looking for your own personal stylist experiences and the convenience of not leaving home or paying personal stylist prices, than Stitch Fix is for you. Warning though, you may be tempted to get multiple Fixes in one month, as the clothing Stitch Fix Stylists pick are just fantastic.

Until next time…

Sail into Summer- June Julep Maven Box is Here and Mystery Box Update

I have been missing lately, sorry about that short vacation. But I am back with some Julep Fun. After a lot of searching on the web, reading reviews, and the delay of my box, I was a little worried about this month’s box. However, I need not worry, my box was fantastic.

For June, Julep’s theme was Sail into Summer. I was so excited about the DD Crème and Concealer revealed, and all the great nail colors. What is a girls to do? I had to go for the whole collection… Yes, again. Yikes, I might have a Julep addiction.

 Sail into Summer Collection

Julep Nantucket Nostalgia Collection
Nail Lacquer Colors

Kennedy- (Classic with a Twist color)  Khaki crème
Bess-(It Girl color) Baby blue crème; and
Dianna-(Boho Glam color)Mint Green crème

Payton- (Bombshell color) Kelly green crème
Lexie- (Boho Glam color) Dandelion yellow crème; and
Char- (It Girl color)Nautical Navy Blue

Nan-(It Girl color) Nantucket red crème
Raegan- (Bombshell color) Electric dark pink crème; and
Martha- (Classic with a Twist color) Polo pink crème

All the colors this month were great. I am leaning towards Char and Payton. I love the Nautical Blue for the season, but at heart my favorite color is green.

New Additions to Julep Collection

Julep DD Crème in Medium

I am very impressed by this crème so far. I only tested it on my hand, but I liked the feel. And, regardless of some reviews I have seen, my bottle was full.

Julep DD Concealer in Medium

I really like this concealer as well. However, I tend to like really, really, really good coverage for my concealer, and it just was not as potent as I usually like my concealer to be. I still will get my use out of this DD Concealer though. And, again, my bottle was full.

TREATS…. Julep also added in some Salt Water Taffy, which definitely reminds me of the beach. While I am not the biggest fan, I am sure we have a little one in the house that will love the taffy..

Overall,  and as usual, I loved Sail into Summer collection, and am very happy and impressed with Julep. What is great is their transition into makeup. I look forward to seeing more from Julep in the future.

How did you like your Julep Maven set this month? Or if you are not yet a Maven you can find out more information and/or get your first Julep Maven box for free by using Promo Code FREEBOX at checkout. Go to the Julep site HERE.

Also, do not forget Julep has a Destination Mystery Box going on right now. And you can pick from Three different boxes Miami, Laguna Beach and The Hamptons .

Also, Julep has a great special treat included in three lucky boxes!

Which one would you pick? Will you be getting a Desination Mystery Box? I might have to skip this mystery box time, but I cannot wait to see what everyone gets. I am sure I will be kicking myself in the butt when I start to see the boxes coming in.

Until next time….

Juniper to the Rescue- T.O.M box Reviewed

Juniper is just one of those boxes that I was so excited to try. Not only was it a women’s time of the month box, but  Juniper also sends your womanly time of the month essentials with treats. Yes, treats. Um, hello, yes please!

What is Juniper you ask?

Juniper  is a women’s time of the month subscription that allows you pick your tampon/ pad/ panty liner brand. Just tell Juniper when you get your period, and then within days of your time of the month comes Juniper to the rescue with all the essentials you need to survive, plus extra goodies.  And, if you are off on the day you start you just text you BFF through Juniper's special BFF program, and they will record the date for you.  Now that is service.

May Juniper Box

THE T.O.M GOODS

You get everything you need to survive during that time of the month.. And I am sure if you need something extra or do not need something the next month, you can always send Juniper an e-mail, and customize for the next month. From what I have experienced, Lynn over at Juniper is great at what she does, and she provides superb customer service!

THE TREATS

CLEAN GETAWAY LIP BALM

This was a great natural lip balm, and is perfect for nighttime wear. Clean Getaway is made out of Beeswax, Jojoba, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, and Honey Flavor.

GLORYBEE HONEY

These little honey sticks are a great sweetener for tea. My Juniper box came with three flavors: Blackberry; Mango; and Mint.  Perfect for that sweet tooth some women get at that time of the month, without all the calories.

PRETZEL CRISP

Oh how I love pretzels, and these pretzel crisps are my favorite.  If you like pretzels you have to try these, once you try them you will not want to go back to regular pretzels.  This is my go to food of choice when I have a salty craving.

JUSTIN’S CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT  BUTTER

A sweet treat to add to those pretzels or all by its self. Justin’s is a great brand, and a great addition to the May’s Juniper Box.

MONTMORENCY DRIED CHERRIES

These were my favorite out of all of the treats. Needless to say they are gone now. However, these babies are low calorie and the best healthy treat.  Delish!

TULSI TEA

Love me some tea! Juniper box came with three flavors: Chamomile, Hibiscus and Signature Blend. This is perfect for that relaxation time!

Cost: $28 per month

Tickled Pink Opinion:  I really can appreciate a box like Juniper that caters to women’s needs. I really do appreciate a box that takes one more task off my hands. I am the one who always forgets to pick up my T.O.M goods, and then I do not realize it until it is too late. Emergency stop at the store I go.  And what I like more is that Juniper is more like a care package than anything; A little package full of all the necessary treats to make you feel good even though you are going through that time of the month.

What do you think of Juniper? You ready to just say goodbye to those last minute trips to the store? If you would like to find out more about Juniper or sign up, you can HERE.

Until next time…

Stephanie
