A little something for yourself- Pretty Power Box November Review

I always enjoy getting my Pretty Power Box in the mail, and this month was no different. However, November’s box was just fantastic, and I am excited to share it with you.

Yes I do realize that it is December, but I am a little behind in my reviews this month. I cannot believe how fast time flies.

Sweet Peeps Knuckle  Rings/Midi Ring  $5

These looked like toe rings to me at first, but after reviewing the Sweet Peeps Etsy shop it looks like these are actually Midi Rings. I would still wear them as toe rings though, if it were summer time. I absolutely love the Sweet Peeps jewelry and love that these cute gold midi rings were included in this month’s box.  A fantastic touch. Even the most busy of women still should indulge in some jewelry! I know I love jewelry.

Kellogg’s Fiber Plus Chocolate Chip- $1

One of my favorite parts of Pretty Power Box is that they always have some great on-the-go snacks! This Kellogg’s Fiber Plus was just too yummy. I am glad it was good for me too, cause it tasted like a cookie.

Pen and Clipboard by Crafty Gifts by Sherry $5

I was just talking to some people who work in my office about people taking their favorite pens, haha. Yes, it seems ridiculous, but it happens. I had just said we need a pen with a flower on it, so no one takes it. And now I have one!! And I always need something for post-its. Yes, I am a post-it-aholic, they are all over my desk.

Trio Twig/Wood Earrings on Antique Bronze Hooks by Twigged Out 25  $25

These earnings are just amazing. They are made of twigs and then glazed over to keep them looking good and safe from wear. What an awesome idea. I normally would never pick something out like this for myself, but I love how unique these are, and such a great idem to add to November’s Pretty Power Box! And the little bag that they were enclosed is made our of wrapping paper that ia 100% plantable, so you can grow some of your own plants!

TICKLED PINK OPINION

November's Pretty Power Box was pretty awesome, as always. November's box felt more like a nice little present just for me, rather than supplying me with great items for a busy lifestyle, which I really appreciate. Pretty Power Box really knows that even the busiest of ladies still needs some great gifts to feel special at times.  Additionally, November's Pretty Power Box was more than double the subscription cost, which is even more awesome. I have really been impressed since day 1 of Pretty Power Box. What is also great is that I can put all my new jewelry goodies in the great box Pretty Power Box provides each month.

October Pretty Power Box Review and Special Promo

Pretty Power Box always has a great box, and even though it came a little after October, and I am posting my review in November, I still wanted to show what a great box October was.

October Pretty Power Box

I really loved October’s Pretty Power Box.  This box seems to promote relaxation, but also knowing that many working ladies do not get too much relax time. So, of course, energy is much needed as well, and Pretty Power Box provided some great items that promoted both. I think this was by far my favorite box. 

Stitchin Puppies Book Cover- $5.50

I love reading. There is just something about a good book. I really have thought blogging more about the fabulous books that I read. Well, to be honest, I really do not actually read some of my books. I am really hooked on audible books since I am in the car and travel for hours in the day between work and home. However, when I do have a book it is a great idea to make sure that it is protected. Between being in my purse, in and out of the car, etc... a little protection is best. I love this first item in the October Pretty Power Box.

Laurie B. Creations Book Mark- $4.00

If you are like me you cannot remember one thing from the next, even if just seconds go by. Haha. Really I am not that bad, but it seems like it sometimes. So a book mark is a great thing to keep with every book I put my hands on.  However, this one I may keep to mark the place in books the little one and I are reading since it is such a cute pink bling bling book mark, Very cute.

Slice of Heaven Solid Energy Lotion Bar -$1.50

It seems that lotion bars are becoming more popular these days. I have received a couple in a couple different boxes now. I really like them though, as they definitely save me from making a mess with lotion. I cannot tell you how many times i have had leaked lotion in my purse or suitcase. These lotion bars are the perfect solution. This particular lotion bar not only smells great, but it is said to include some ingredients to give me energy. Okay, I am sold! Anything that helps my energy is a winner in my book. (within reason of course).

letterhappy- The Wishlet bracelet - $5

I absolutely love, love this bracelet. It is not only really cute, but such a cute idea behind the bracelet. You make a wish on the bracelet and when it finally falls off the wish will come true. I love bracelets, and think this is a very cute idea.

Advocare Spark Energy Drink -$1.50

I have heard great things about Adocare, and like I said I need all the energy I can get. What I like about this is that I can just throw it in my purse and mix it with some water when I get to work. Perfect!

Candy 

A great little addition to the October box. While I really like candy, I really shouldn’t partake, haha. I think this might go to A instead. He loves tootsie rolls!

TICKLED PINK OPINION

I really liked October’s Pretty Power Box and really appreciate each and every item in this month’s box. It was great that everything was something that either was good for relaxing or keeping me going during the day. Relaxing reading a good book or keeping me energized for the day, Pretty Power Box is just one of those subscription boxes that is great for showing me great products for my on-the-go lifestyle. October's box was worth around $18, and that is without adding in any shipping cost that it was take to ship some of these products from the individual stores. And the monthly cost for Pretty Power Box is only $15 per month.

August Pretty Power Box Review

I was super excited to see  Pretty Power Box in my mailbox this month again. I have been a very big fan of Pretty Pink Box since its launch a couple months ago, because I just love the concept behind the box so much.  This is Pretty Power Box’s third box since it’s start. And I cannot wait to share it with you.

Jenny Bean Beautiful Mustache Respect Candle - $15

This candle is just so darn cute, and smells great. This is Jenny Bean Beautiful’s best selling candle and I can see why, the mustache is just so popular lately. I do not get many candles in my monthly subscription boxes, so I really get excited when I get one. This will go to use right away.

N4You All Natural Soap in Apricot Freesia and Beach Breezes- $6 each

These soaps are just beautiful looking, they were packaged so cute, and smell great. These soaps are made out of all natural ingredients: Coconut Oil , Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil and Castor Oil, Fragrance and Mica. I like that you know what you are putting on your skin. 

A little bit about N4You: The N4you product line started with an idea to make natural products for the body and the soul. N4you offers an all natural alternative to many of the items you use daily.

Coast of Eden Lip Balm in Vanilla Mint- $3.99 each

These lip balms are just great, and now I have two; one for work, and one for home. Just what I thought Pretty Power Box had in mind when they included two! These lip balms are all natural, and are made out of Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Apricot Kernel oil,  and Jojoba Oil.

Business Card Holder- $1.30

Perfect for any business women. However, if you do not have business cards to fit inside this business card holder also fits the N4You soaps perfectly. Business Card holder turned soap dish.

Nature Valley Granola Thins Dark Chocolate- $1

I never remember a Nature Valley granola bar tasting so yummy. This is a perfect grab and go snack. Pretty Power Box has been introducing me to some pretty good on the go snacks, and not so bad for you either.

Pretty Power Box Pen- $2

I got one of these in my first box, and we use it all the time at the house. This pen writes great, and has little grips as well.

Pretty Power Box- Box- $2

I cannot forget to showcase what all these goodies come in, this lovely box. Each month I get a different looking one. August’s box was perfect to keep in our little ones room. Great for storing her stickers, color crayons, etc. This box just adds that extra little unique touch to the Pretty Power Box subscription that I really like. Next month I would love to see a very chic black and white patterned box, hehe J

TICKLED PINK OPINION: I always enjoy my monthly Pretty Power Box. I never really can guess what is going to be in it next, which I like. Surprises are fun. Pretty Power Box gives you a little of everything in one box, which makes it a great overall subscription.  Additionally, Pretty Power Box would be great to give as a gift to a great co-worker, friend or family member in your life.  And all the great goodies in this box totaled around $37, which is double what the monthly cost for this subscription is, which is awesome.  I look forward to the next Pretty Power Box creation. Here is to the anticipation of September’s Box!

JULY’S PRETTY POWER BOX

One awesome thing about Pretty Power Box is that it comes in a great box. I have already used my June box as a Jewelry Box . For July’s Box, I am excited to start using it for my pictures that do not have a home yet. Isn't it cute and colorful!

R&R Wrist Candy Bracelet

This is a cute rose gold cross bracelet.  I always love getting jewelry in my monthly boxes, and this bracelet is no exception.

Kimberleeannkreations Alloy Metal Fabric bracelet

The more I put this on  the more I am liking it. It is a little different, but in a good way..

Nutri Gran Chocolatey Crunch

This was the little snack in every Pretty Power Box. Pretty Power Box knows busy women well, and this was a perfect on the go snack. I actually opened up before I took a picture. What can I say it was a busy day, and I was hungry.  Great addition to the box, and not too bad nutrition wise as well.

Three Pears Breeze Tangerine Hand Scrub and Wild Rose Laundry Detergent

Both of these two products from Three Pears Breeze smell great, and are made of all natural, organic ingredients.  A great new find.

Mead Pocket Planner

I was just thinking about buying a new pocket planner for my purse. This is definitely a great add to Pretty Power Box, especially for on the go women.

New Image Minerals Eye Shadow

These are  highly pigmented mineral eye shadows. I usually do not use mineral eye shadows, as they are sometimes messy, and these are pretty bright. However,  I am sure I can find some how to use them, especially because they are still very pretty colors. 

Willow Tree Minerals Lip Shimmer

These lip shimmers from Willow Tree are just fantastic, and 2 came in this month’s Pretty Power Box,  Pouty Plum and Sugar n’ spice. They both have a great natural look to them once on your lips.

TICKLED PINK OPINION: Overall Pretty Power Box has done a great job with both June and July’s boxes. The Pretty Power Box is curated to send out great items for women and made by women.  What I appreciate is that Pretty Power Box helps promote female entrepreneurs. And for $15 per month you get quality items from a wide variety of arenas, jewelry, soap, makeup, etc., it is like a melting pot of fun, and you help out newer businesses.  I am hopeful that Pretty Power Box keeps up the awesome work in bring these fantastic boxes to women each month.

New Subscription Pretty Power Box Review

JUNE’S PRETTY POWER BOX

The Box

This box is by far one of the best actual boxes I have seen from any subscription box. It is not one of those boxes you just set aside for some fixing up someday. I will most definitely be using this box for either a stationary box or a jewelry box. Great touch and great start to Pretty Power Box.

Pen and Journal from The Artisan Basket

What busy woman does not need a pen and something to write on? And if you are like me you never have a pen or paper around when you really need it. These will be great to keep in my purse, so I can jot down quick to-do’s for myself or quick “Honey, please, do lists”. And I really do love that the pen matches the color scheme of the box, another nice touch!

Beema Lip Balm from Hortons Farm

This lip balm is made from natural ingredients coming from bees, which feels great on the lips. The emu oil and propolis are said to have antibacterial and therapeutic abilities, sounds good to me. Always can use some more lip balm.

Lavender Soap from Emerson Soap Co.

I wish I could have inputted a “Smell Here” gadget on this post, because this Lavender soap smelled divine! This is handmade soap, which is made from pure ingredients. You can actually see the ingredients in the soap. And the this moisturizing soap is huge, I think it is going to last forever.

JAL Jewelry Infinity Bracelet

Love little pieces of jewelry like this; so versatile for work or play, and it is not too showy, which I really appreciate. I always enjoy getting great jewelry pieces in any of my subscription boxes, and this one was perfect as I also have been wanting an infinity bracelet.

Belvita Snack

These Belvita snacks are prefect for an on- the-go snack , breakfast or lunch. I have tried these before and have wanted to get some at the store, but have not. This just reminded me how much I like them. Perfect for a busy bee!

TICKLED PINK OPINION: I totaled the overall value of this box at over $30 worth of products, including the fantastic box that everything was in.  As they say first impressions are everything, and I was very impressed by this first box from Pretty Power Box.  I truly love the concept of this box. It has great focus, that is perfect for a busy business women like myself who always finds herself trying to balance everything else out in her life. I cannot wait to see what is to come from Pretty Power Box!
