One thing I am a sucker for when I go shopping, is jewelry. Yes, there is not one day that I do not wear a necklace, earrings and bracelets. And there is jewelry out there to match anything.  One subscription that has come out lately is Jewelbits. And, let me tell you it was like Christmas time for when I got this box.

What is Jewelbits?

Jewelbits is a new subscription for fashionable, savvy women who do not have the time to shop. For $33-$39 per month (depending on the subscription you get), Jewelbits stylists pick out 2-3 pieces of trendy jewelry (worth around $125) to match your personal style: Boho Babe, Glam Gal or Classic Chick.

I probably could have picked any of the three styles and liked it all, but I thought classic was a good pick for now. I am sure I will pick other styles in months ahead. Yes, you can change your style  anytime (or cancel, if needed).

Gold Strand Necklace and Matching Earrings

If Jewelbits could have known my style any better with these pieces, I would have thought they had hidden camera in my closet. I love gold and black jewelry together. I really do wear a lot of black, so this black and gold necklace and earrings work perfect with lots in my closet. I have already worn it a couple times, and it was very beautiful. A great first couple pieces from Jewelbits. 

Gold Tassel Necklace

While I think this necklace is super pretty, I would have never really picked it out myself. However, I do think it will match many shirts I have, so I do not think it will just sit in my jewelry box. A very versatile piece. 

Emerald Green Bracelet

Emerald or any green color is my favorite. I definitely think this is a bold bracelet and I usually go for a more subtle bracelets, but the color is beautiful. I know that this will work well to make an outfit pop. 

TICKLED PINK OPINION

This is a great new subscription, and for a lady like me who really is pretty busy, having a stylist pick out my jewelry is great. I also love exermenting with new jewelry pieces.  I think that Jewelbits should just add one little section to their website letting them know what subscribers do not like AT ALL, and it would be perfect. Also, for the price of $33 per month, I could have never bought all of these pieces separately. For my first Jewelbits Box, I am very impressed, and cannot wait to see more from Jewelbits. i I think my next box will be Glam Gal, maybe get some pieces for New Years! I also am thinking I may have to subscribe some family and friends, as this is a perfect gift subscription!

October Pretty Power Box Review and Special Promo

Pretty Power Box always has a great box, and even though it came a little after October, and I am posting my review in November, I still wanted to show what a great box October was. 

What is Pretty Power Box?

Pretty Power Box is a subscription box for the female entrepreneur. Each month Pretty Power Box will send out items to help create a positive work-life balance, which, as I know first hand, can be quite difficult at times so any help , like the Pretty Power Box, is appreciated. Cost per month is $15 per month.

October Pretty Power Box

I really loved October’s Pretty Power Box.  This box seems to promote relaxation, but also knowing that many working ladies do not get too much relax time. So, of course, energy is much needed as well, and Pretty Power Box provided some great items that promoted both. I think this was by far my favorite box. 

Stitchin Puppies Book Cover- $5.50

I love reading. There is just something about a good book. I really have thought blogging more about the fabulous books that I read. Well, to be honest, I really do not actually read some of my books. I am really hooked on audible books since I am in the car and travel for hours in the day between work and home. However, when I do have a book it is a great idea to make sure that it is protected. Between being in my purse, in and out of the car, etc... a little protection is best. I love this first item in the October Pretty Power Box.

Laurie B. Creations Book Mark- $4.00

If you are like me you cannot remember one thing from the next, even if just seconds go by. Haha. Really I am not that bad, but it seems like it sometimes. So a book mark is a great thing to keep with every book I put my hands on.  However, this one I may keep to mark the place in books the little one and I are reading since it is such a cute pink bling bling book mark, Very cute.

Slice of Heaven Solid Energy Lotion Bar -$1.50

It seems that lotion bars are becoming more popular these days. I have received a couple in a couple different boxes now. I really like them though, as they definitely save me from making a mess with lotion. I cannot tell you how many times i have had leaked lotion in my purse or suitcase. These lotion bars are the perfect solution. This particular lotion bar not only smells great, but it is said to include some ingredients to give me energy. Okay, I am sold! Anything that helps my energy is a winner in my book. (within reason of course).

letterhappy- The Wishlet bracelet - $5

I absolutely love, love this bracelet. It is not only really cute, but such a cute idea behind the bracelet. You make a wish on the bracelet and when it finally falls off the wish will come true. I love bracelets, and think this is a very cute idea.

Advocare Spark Energy Drink -$1.50

I have heard great things about Adocare, and like I said I need all the energy I can get. What I like about this is that I can just throw it in my purse and mix it with some water when I get to work. Perfect!

Candy 

A great little addition to the October box. While I really like candy, I really shouldn’t partake, haha. I think this might go to A instead. He loves tootsie rolls!

TICKLED PINK OPINION

I really liked October’s Pretty Power Box and really appreciate each and every item in this month’s box. It was great that everything was something that either was good for relaxing or keeping me going during the day. Relaxing reading a good book or keeping me energized for the day, Pretty Power Box is just one of those subscription boxes that is great for showing me great products for my on-the-go lifestyle. October's box was worth around $18, and that is without adding in any shipping cost that it was take to ship some of these products from the individual stores. And the monthly cost for Pretty Power Box is only $15 per month.

I have to say right off the bat that I am super impressed with this subscription that I am about to introduce, and am excited to share it with you. Harry’s is a great subscription that I recently discovered, and when they offered to send my fiance’ a sample I was stoked.

Harry’s Auto Refill Program

Subscribers, after purchasing a set or a handle, can participate and opt into an Auto Refill subscription. Each month, every 2, 3, 4 or 5 months, depending on how often you need refills. You can also pick how many razor refills or shaving cream refills needed. From what I can tell the least you can pay is $8 per refill, for either four blades ($2/each) or 1 tube of shaving cream ($8). The variable of what you would like depends on what you need. However, the more blades you buy at once the cheaper they become. For example when you buy 4 blades they are $2 each, but when you buy 16 blades they are $1.56 each.

Harry’s Truman Set Review 

This was so nicely packaged, and very impressive. I wish this came in a set for women.  If you follow me at all on Twitter or Instagram, you can see I was instantly won over by the picture that Harry’s sent with our Trumen Set. Loved it!  A also was very impressed by the Harry’s set. We both liked the presentation of the whole set, including the cute Mammoth on the blade box.

The Truman

A’s really liked that it was very durable, and very nice to handle.  The weight and design really did make for a better feeling handle.

The Blades and Shave Gel

After trying out the blades and shave gel on a recent shave, A gives the Harry’s Truman set an A+. A said the blades were very nice, and were nice on the skin. He has sensitive skin and said the shaving gel was good as well, nice and gentle on the skin.

TICKLED PINK OPINION:  I think Harry’s  has a very great product and teamed up with convenience,  it is a win for me. A goes through razors a lot so it will be nice and convenient to just have Harry’s on speed delivery when needed.  Additionally, the products are top of the line, great for A’s sensitive skin as well, and inexpensive. Now when will Harry's come out with a female version?

I really love this month’s theme for Bonjour Jolie. All of the extra products that are included in this month’s Bonjour Jolie Box are vegan.

Time of the Month Goods

Bonjour Jolie Box always adds in more than enough to last a month. They are nicely packed in cute paper bags. These are the reason why it is called a T.O.M Box, but I always think of Bonjour Jolie as more of a lifestyle box. These time of the month goods also come with Advil, and Always feminine wipes, to get a women through their time of the month.

THE GIFT

Personalized Silver Necklace-$15

This was one of the most amazing gifts I have ever received in any box ever.  It was not only beautiful homemade with Murano Glass charm and Sterling Silver Bead, but it also is personalized with my initial  “S”, for Stephanie.  This is a very special gift, and really shows that Bonjour Jolie really cares about their subscribers, and really wants to give each their subscribers a great experience with Bonjour Jolie.

The Edibles

Desidero Chocolates Gourmellow  -$3

This looks just delicious, and while I would love to just devour this, this little treat went to the little one right away. This was a yummy marshmallow, not just any marshmallow it is a vanilla marshmallow,  dipped in fair trade dark chocolate. Delish.

Serendipi Tea Company Tea-$3.50

This tea sounds like so much fun, just because the names. Secret Garden, Ambrosia, Citralicious, Once Upon a Tea, and Ruby Sipper.  These are great loose leaf tea that also come with an organic reusable filter bag for the tea. I cannot wait to start drinking these up.

The Pampering

Puur Body Full Size Vegan Lip Balm- $3.50

This is a great lip balm in Vanilla. I immediately put this on my lips, and have been wearing it all day! This lip balm is great!

Just Pure Minerals Bronzer and Brush- $1.50

This is a 100% vegan mineral bronzer. I cannot wait to try this on my face. However, this is a great natural eye shadow as well.

Sunny Day Botanicals Organic Lotion-$2

This is an all-natural lotion, and is perfect to keep in the purse.  A great addition to the Bonjour Jolie September box.

U  Just Relax Bath Tea- $2

This is made out of rose pedals and chamomile and more, however, this is not a drinking tea, it is a bath soak. This can be used 2-3 times, and I am excited to take a nice relaxing bath soon.

TICKLED PINK OPINION- I am never disappointed in the monthly Bonjour Jolie  box, and I really am loving September’s Box. Each and every item that was included in this box was just fantastic.  Not only am I impressed with the quality of the items in this box,  and they are all vegan, but I also am impressed with the value. For $16, plus shipping, I received more than $32 worth of products/gifts, this was not even including the women time of the month items. Again, I feel like it is my birthday, and this Bonjour Jolie Box was a surprise gift. Loving it. I cannot wait for October’s box.
