Julep Maven California Coast Collection Review and Promo Code
It is that time of the month
again, Julep Maven box reveal time. Yay! I do not know what it is but I cannot
resist these Julep full collection sets. For July the theme was California
Coast, and I loved it. As you will see as you review the post, the nail polish
colors were just fantastically beautiful, and the extras were even better.

The Polishes
These were some of the best
polishes I have gotten from Julep. They were beautiful, and I loved the shimmer
in many of them. Here is the collection

Overall, I am loving Adele
and Cassie together the most. All these colors take you right to the sea, and I
am loving it!
Julep Beach Tonic
I absolutely love body oils,
so you know I had to have this beach tonic.
Julep Seat Salt Texture Spray
I received some sea salt
spray in my Fab Fit Fun VIP Box as well (you can check it out HERE), and now I
am kicking myself for cutting my hair. Typical women, or typical Stephanie that
is. I always need to do something so drastic with my hair. Just before summer I
took off more than 5 inches. I love long beachy waves in the hair. Ill have to
try out on my shorter hair now. Any hair style suggestions?
Green Tea Facial Blotting
Papers
These
will be great for the summer, or all year round. I tend to get oily around the
t-zone, and oil blotting papers are
great. I have tried these already and
they smell great. However, they do not pick
up as much oil, but are great for blotting lipstick. A great little addition to
the Julep box this month though.
Add-On Extras
I was loving the add-ons this
month, especially the 4th of July colors. I chose the Fireworks
color to wear on the 4th. However, my box came on the 5th.
Bummer. Oh well, it is still a great red ,white and blue glitter top coat.
TICKLED PINK OPINION: I am
always, always pleased with my Julep Box, and this month is no exception. I
only wish I now can take a trip to the beach, since this box made me want to be
in the sun as much I can.

FABULOUS FAB FIT FUN VIP BOX REVIEW AND COUPON
I totally
forgot that I was signed up to receive the next installment of Fab Fit Fun VIP
Box, but I was ecstatic to see it in my mailbox. This is the second VIP
Box, and I was thrilled to see it was even better than the first.
The Fab

is one of those boxes you do not want to miss out on. The only thing that is a
bummer with this box is that it is only quarterly.

With as many subscriptions that I have
ever gotten I have yet to receive a pair of sunglasses, so you can imagine
that I was super excited to see a pair in this box. After reviewing the website
I could not find a pair of the Ivory & Mason sunglasses for under $135, and I could not find these particular ones on the site. Maybe I was not looking hard enough, but nevertheless a very impressive add to this box. Additionally, Ivory & Mason will let you
exchange the pair you received in your Fab Fit Fun box if you are not completely
happy with them. Awesome for those who get a pair that is just not their style.
Catalina
Su Lip Gloss- $14
This lip gloss is awesome. And the color
is perfect for me, and will look great on top of most my lipsticks as well.
Like I always say you can never have too many lip glosses. Full sized!
Purlisse-
Pur- Delivate Gentle Soy Milk Cleanser- $36
This was recently named Vogue’s favorite
product, so I cannot wait to try it.
And, I was in the need of a makeup remover so this came at the perfect
time. This makeup remover is a very gentle formula, which is made out of soy milk, soy proteins, whole oats, and white
tea. Sounds very natural and good for
the skin. And, after looking at the
Purlisse website, the bottle received in the Fab Fit Fun box was full size!
Awesome huh!
Evian
Brumisateur Facial Spray- $8
This is perfect for summer. Thus the
reason that Fab Fit Fun put it in their summer box, haha. I have never really
been into facial sprays like this, but I think it could come in handy on a hot
day.
Infinity
Sun Glow on the Go- $35
This is a great travel sized all
natural, anti-aging, sunless tanning spray. This will be perfect in the months
when I am feeling less than tan. Another
great addition to this box, and something I would not normally buy on my own,
so happy to see it in this box.
It Hair
Care Surf Spray-
$7
Sea Salt
Hair Sprays must be popular now, as I just received another brand in a
different box recently. Receiving this
Surf Spray is make me wish I did not cut
off more than 5 inches of my hair for the summer. Long hair, in my opinion, looks great with
beach like waves. I will still give this
spray a try though. Any suggestions for short hair welcome?
KIND Dark Chocolate Chili Almond and Maple
Glazed Pecan/ Sea Salt- $1.50
This sounds amazing, and I really enjoy KIND bars. This KIND Dark Chocolate Chili
Almond is a sweet and spicy blend of mixed nuts drizzled
in chocolate with a trio of cascabel, ancho and habanero chilis, AND is a brand
New flavor from KIND. Yummy.
Yes to Cucumbers Facial Towelettes- $3
This must have been a special
add on in each box because it was not added on the information sheet. However, getting extra is fantastic! These
facial towelettes are 98.7% natural, hypoallergenic, and made from organic cucumber
and aloe vera.
ORLY Nail Lacquer in Mayhem Mentality- $7
This was another great item not listed on the information
sheet, so maybe this was a bonus or each person will get something different. I
love this great bright orange/coral color will look great for the summer!
TICKLED PINK OPINION: This quarters Fab Fit Fun VIP BOX was truly
amazing. I am overwhelmed at how many great products were included in this box.
I seriously could not happier with this box, it exceeded my expectations. I
paid $49.99 for this box, and the Fab Fit Fun VIP Box included $239 worth of
amazing products. This total also took into account $135 for the sunglass,
which I could not find exact price for. I would say this box is well worth it,
and a perfect pick of items for summer.

What I am Loving Wednesday!
I
have decided that I need to add a little more to this little blog of mine. So, this Wednesday I am linking up with This Kind of Love for What I am Loving
Wednesday.
I am Loving, that it is finally
summer in the Pacific Northwest. We finally have great weather. Cannot wait for
more trips on the boat. Crossing my fingers I have the time off to go with my
family during the weekends. It is such a
bummer being at work knowing that your loved ones are having a blast, catching
rays, and catching waves out in the beautiful weather.
I am Loving, that we finally get to cook
outside in the beautiful weather. Love grilling some yummy chicken outside.
I am Loving, that Emily Maynard
just revealed her new line of jewelry designed by the ladies at Towne &
Reese. The new line is just gorgeous. I love it and want it all. Here are some
of the pieces I would pick first.
I
am Loving, looking
for new ideas for DIY or finds to decorate my Future home. These Handpainted Still LifeMonogram from Anthropology would be a great DIY.
I am Loving, Maxi Dresses. I could
go out and buy a ton of Maxi dresses. There are so many out there right now
that are just so cute. Here is one that I really might have to get soon.
I am Loving, this little one. She was pretending to
be sleeping in the cabinet of a fish tank. This is how we found her. This little one brings a smile to my face!
I am Loving, my wonderful, loving and amazing fiance’.
Today is our anniversary, and I could not be happier with him. Cannot wait to spend the rest of our lives together!

Target Beauty Box Review
I was super stoked when I heard that Target was
sending out a Beauty Box, and it was only $5. So… of course I had to give in and get it. It took awhile to get to me, and
they sent it to my parent’s address (my billing address sometimes), but I was
not disappointed.
Target Beauty Box
Fekkai Glossing Cream
This will be perfect for my hair, as it tends
to get a little frizzy from time to time. I have not used Fekkai for awhile
now, but from what I remember it was a great brand.
Gillette Venus and Olay Razor Pack
I really do love getting shaving razors in my beauty
boxes. Why? Well I really think they are way too pricey, and I hate buying them
at the stores. Actually, I usually forget I need them, so they are of minimal
availability at my house. So, I can always use more.
Sally Hansen Salon Effects Polish Strips
I have gotten a few of the Sally Hansen Polish
Strips in other boxes, and I really do like them. I think the polish strips
take a little while longer to apply versus regular nail polish. However, the
polish strips last so much longer. Great addition to the Target Beauty Box.
L’Oreal Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream; and La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo
The BB Cream will be great to add to my gym or
beach bag, for a quick fix me up. The La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo is an acne
treatment that used to only be available through dermatologist; so when the
time comes to treat a little breakout this will definitely come in handy.
TICKLED PINK OPINION: This box only cost $5,
and I received way more in the box than what I paid. So, I am
a happy camper. Target also through in a $3 off coupon a beauty purchase of $15 or more. I am hopeful that Target will release another Beauty Box soon,
as this one was a hit.

Sunkissed Vox Box from Influenster
This is my first Influenster Vox Box, and I am
so very pleased with the Sunkissed Vox Box that I received from Influenster. If
you have never heard of Influenster, well, you really should check it out.
Pretty much it is a social site that reviews, rates, and answers all your
questions about pretty much any product out there. As you build your rating on
Influenster they will choose you to review products, like that one I am sharing
today.

Dr. Scholl’s For Her High Heel Insoles
I was really excited to get another pair of
these, as I received another set from another site I am signed up on
(BzzAgent). They are amazing for your feet. I am constantly wearing heels, so
any relieve from wearing heels all day is welcome in my world.
SinfulShine with Gel Tech
This was a beautifully colored nail polish,
and I instantly put it on, as I thought it was a perfect summery color. The
polish went on great, and looked great on. With 32 other colors from
SinfulShine, I may be making a trip to Walgreens soon and picking up some other
colors.
Olay Fresh Effects BB Cream Skin Perfecting Tinted
Moisurizer with SPF
This came right in the knick of time. It has been
getting a little warmer here in Seattle, and I thought what a better chance
to try it out than now. I was very pleased with Olay Fresh Effects BB Cream.. It went on smooth, did not leave any greasy residue while still moisturizing, and had a very
natural and fresh look after application. Additionally, it smelled great and no
sunburn after a day on the boat!
Goody Ouchless Ribbon Elastics
Love these! I am always in the need for twist
ties like these. They are not only good for my hair, but good for the little
one as well. The best thing about these Goody Ouchless Ribbon Elastics, is they were a
little bigger for thicker hair. I really loved the colors of this set as well.
