First Glossybox for 2014- January Glossybox Review

It is always a good day when Glossybox arrives. I thought I would share the first box in 2014 right away, as I really was excited about some of the items.

What is Glossybox?
Glossybox is a beauty subscription that sends out premium beauty samples to members each month. The cost is $21 per month.

January Glossybox
For the first box of 2014, Glossybox wanted to share some Great products to start the new year off right.

Balance Me Super Toning Body Wash  $7 for 1.7 FL OZ
This body wash smells fantastic, and is tone enhancing. If tone enhasing means I will get better skin quality, then count me in as a fan of this body wash.

The Original Beautyblender and Cleaner $19.95 Retail ($1.50 for cleaner)
I was so excited to see that I was going to be, finally, getting a Beautyblender. I know that my other beauty subscriptions have had them included in their boxes, but I have never been the lucky one to actually get one yet. I hope this Beautyblender lives up to all the hype. Cannot wait to try it out.

Bella’pierre Cosmetics Mineral Blush $20
I used to wear mineral makeup all the time, but have swayed away from it as I find new brands I like better.  Blush is always a great addition to any box, and I was getting low on my current blush, and this is a perfect color for me.

Tony & Guy Hair Meet Wardrobe Casual Sea Salt Texturising Spray $5.50 2.5 FL OZ

I have become a huge fan of sea salt texturizing sprays, so I was excited to see Tony & Guy in my January Glossybox. I have received this spray in another beauty box, and can tell you this spray is fantastic. Sea Salt sprays are great to add that extra something to clean hair to make it better for styling.

Vichy Aqualia Thermal Rich Cream $9 .5 FL OZ

This cream from Vichy is said to help with dry skin.  I tried a little on my hand and it felt fantastic. I do not get dry skin too often on my face, but I am sure when I do this will be a great option.

TICKLED PINK OPINION

Overall, I am very pleased with the January 2014 Glossybox.  Glossybox never really disappoints ever. I tend to lean more towards the Limited Edition boxes, but this box was still fantastic. I think what made me even more impressed was that it included a Beautyblender. I am so excited about that. For the monthly cost of $21 per month, January’s Glossybox included approximately $63 worth of beauty products. Yes indeed Glossybox is worth every penny. I would expect nothing less from Glossybox, as they always curate high quality and value boxes each month.

Limited Edition Golden Glossybox Review

I have mentioned before that I really love Glossybox’s Limited Edition Box, and when these were up for sale during Black Friday, well, I had to snag one up. And before the year ends I wanted to share the Glossybox Golden Box.

What is Glossybox?
Glossybox is a beauty subscription that sends out premium beauty samples to members each month. The cost is $21 per month. Every once in a while Glossybox also has these great limited edition boxes, you can see more Limited Edition Boxes HERE or HERE.  Usually these cost a little more than the $21 per month cost, the Glossybox Golden Box Cost was $50.

Glossybox Limited Edition Golden Box
First off, the box was just beautiful, and the presentation was awesome. I didn’t want to break into it cause it looked so beautiful. Glossybox’s boxes always are very well made and very durable, so I find that it is hard to get rid of the boxes in hopes I will find some use out of them sometime. This Golden Box, which is Gold, is one that I really want to find some way to use, because it is so pretty, and I love gold.

Butter London in Henley Regatta (Full Size $15)
I really do love Butter London Nail Lacquer, and really love this color. It looks a lot like another Butter London Color that I received in another beauty subscription. However, with the blue and green glitter, it is a perfect polish to go with my Seattle Seahawks gear, which I was wearing this weekend when they won and were named NFC West Division Champions!! Whoo hoo!

Bodyography Lip Liner in Crimson (Full Size $13)
I do not get lip liner too often, and have not  been using it that much in the past year or so. I think I may have to give this one a try. It is a very pretty and looks to go on pretty smooth and easy, which I like. I think the Crimson color, will be a perfect bold color for New Years Eve!

Beauty Addicts Lip Addiction in St. Tropez (Full Size $17)
I used this yesterday and it was great. It was a very light color. Very natural.

Kora Organics Clay Purifying Mask (Full Size $53)
I really do like skin care products, especially for my face. This clay mask was awesome, and made my skin feel great.

Nuxe Fondant Body Scrub (50ml/ $7)
I was looking for a good exfoliating body scrub, and cannot wait to give this a try. I am hopeful that it really does give me super soft skin.

Philip B Body Wash in Chocolate Milk (60ml/ $8)

I really love Philip B, and have been using plenty of the hair products that I have received, but have yet to try a skin car product. This will be perfect for those long bubble baths I like. And this does smell super yummy, just like chocolate!

So Susan Luminizer (Full Size $40)
I love the packaging that So Susan Luminizer came in, so pretty! I am not big on luminizers, but I think I know some very lovely ladies that would love this! And, it is full size even better!

TICKLED PINK OPINION
The reason why I love Glossybox Limited Edition boxes is because you just get so many great products and quality products! And, the cost was only a fraction of what the box was worth in products. The approximate value of  Glossybox Golden Box was $153! And it only cost $50. Well, actually less for me because I got it on special during Black Friday!!! Even better! Glossybox definetly keeps my eyes open with their limited edition boxes. I cannot wait to see what is next.

If you liked this Glossybox, Stay Tuned for a GLOSSYBOX GIVEAWAY!

Glossybox and Net-A-Porter.Com Limited Edition Box Review

I cannot resist the limited editions boxes that Glossybox come out with. The last one I got was the Best of Britain Box. This was a collaboration box with Net-a-Porter, and I actually did not know what had showed up on my doorstep the other day when a brown box arrived. I actually had to open up the box and look at the inside box before I had remembered I had gotten this box.  I was thrilled to open it though.

EXCLUSIVE TO NET-A-PORTER.COM. NET-A-PORTER has partnered with Glossybox to bring you this special limited-edition beauty box. This set includes eight exciting luxury products that will appeal to both beauty enthusiasts and jet-setting fashion lovers. The Cost is $40, and they are still available HERE, if you are interested.

Glossybox
Net-A-Porter.com Box
This came in a fantastic box, and the box was even impressive, coming with extra tissue paper, and a reusable bow. This will be perfect to use for Christmas. Additionally, everything that was included in this box was packed securely in a zip lock bag.

Natura Bissé's Diamond White SPF 50 Oil-Free Brilliant Sun Protection - $43
This is a brightening cream minimizes dark spots,  improves skin tone and protects against harmful UVA and UVB rays while maintaining hydration. I used this last night, and it really went on very well. I know I would not spend this much normally, especially not for the price of a full sized version. However, I am very excited to see this in my box. A great start for the Glossybox Net-a-Porter box.

Kevyn Aucoin's The Eye Shadow Duo - No. 206 $42
A shimmering nude and sophisticated dark-blue eye shadow. This is a very fine powder, which results in a very smooth finish. While I do not use dark-blue eye shadow very often, I really love the shimmering nude powder. This will something I can use all the time, and it is full size!

Ellis Faas' Mascara E401 – Black
This looks amazing. Not only in a pretty container, but is said to perfectly lengthen and separate lashes with the velvety formula. I always love getting mascara in my beauty boxes, and think this one is my favorite. And it is full size, which is even better.

Philip B's Oud Royal Gravity-Defying Gel -$2
This is a great hair gel that provides intense hold and shine without flakiness or build-up, great for straight or curly styles. I love Philip B products, so there is no doubt I will like this as well.

RGB's Jojoba and Biotin-enriched Cuticle Oil $20
This cuticle oil was much needed, since the cold weather really dries out my hands and nails. This great RGB Cuticle Oil is perfect to Rejuvenate cracked skin and strengthen nails. And this smells great, since it is made of cucumber.

Klorane's Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk $6
This is ultimate secret weapon to cleanse lackluster locks while adding texture and volume. I have received this in other boxes, and really have been impressed with this dry shampoo. This is perfect to add to a gym bag, or to have around on those mornings I cannot get out of bed.

Avène's Thermal Spring Water spray -$4
This is a great way To soften, soothe, and restore skin.

Joya's Âmes SÅ“urs Roll-On Parfum $4.20

This perfume offers notes of Frankincense, Myrrh, Orange Blossom and Jasmine in a roll-on design for easy application
This smells great, and is perfectly for my scent.

Extra Net-a-Porter Gift
Meausuring Tape! I actually have been wanting one of these, so I am happy to see it in my box!

TICKLED PINK OPINION
This box was just amazing. I already knew what to expect when I looked over the Net-a-Porter website, you can check it out too HERE. But after looking over all the awesome beauty and skin products again, I think it was 100% worth the money. For $40, the cost of the box, I received $155 worth of beauty and skin products. And a great gift box! Again, I love luxury limited edition boxes from Glossybox, and this Net-a-Porter box did not disappoint.

October Byrdie Glossybox Review

It seems like Glossybox just keeps getting better as the months go by. The October Box was one of the best boxes of the year. Not only was there some great full size items, but they were items that I really like as well. I cannot wait to share this months box with you.

What is Glossybox?

Glossybox is a beauty subscription that sends out premium beauty samples to members each month. The cost is $21 per month.

October Byrdie Glossybox
Glossybox collaborated with Byrdie this month, to bring the Byrdie Glossybox. The Byrdie website is a new sister site to Who What Wear.  The new Byrdie website is a great new website that talks about all things Beauty, and there were definetly some great items in this months box.

Tarte Lights, Camera, Flashes Statement Mascara- Full Size $23
This mascara is so pretty all packaged and unpackaged, I do not even want to use it. The outer cover of the actual mascara is in a fabric like cover. I have always really liked the Tarte brand, so I was super excited to get this mascara in this months box, and cannot wait to start using it.

Balance Me Shine on Tinted Lip Salve- Full Size-$16.50
I have never tried this brand of lip salve, and I usually use any lip gloss with lipsticks, but after using this lip salve,  I really like this all by itself. It is a really pretty color and looks great on.

Bvlgari Pefume -$17
This was very deluxe size perfume, not a normal little sample size one, which i was really impressed by. I have gotten other Bvlgari products in my monthly Glossyboxes and always really like them. The perfume, put on sparingly, smells good as well.

Fresh LotusYouth Preserve Face Cream -$16
I actually thought this was a full size Fresh Lotus product when I opened it, as it is a very nice deluxe sample size face cream. I have used the Youth Preserve Face Cream before and really like it. I was happy to see a bigger/ deluxe size in the Byrdie Glossybox. What is great about this face cream is that is does not leave the skin feeling greasy.

Sesha Renu Exfoliating Gel- $17
I have never used the Sesha brand, and I see that other Glossybox subscription boxes got face masks. I was happy to get this face exfoliating wash. This Renu face wash is said to help remove dead skin cells and unclogs pores. I cannot wait to use this.

TICKLED PINK OPINION
I was super impressed with this October Glossybox,  collaborated with Byrdie. The total box value was a little less than $90, which was a fantastic value, since the monthly cost is only $21. I really love when Glossybox has collaboration boxes, and eagerly anticipate another great collaboration.

What did you think of October’s Byrdie Glossybox? If you are interested in learning more about Glossybox or signing up for this great subscription you can HERE.

September All you Need for Fall Glossybox Review and Promo Code

I was so excited to see my Glossybox in the mail yesterday after work. I usually get Glossybox at the very very end of the month.  After a day at work it is great opening a box that I am excited for. After seeing what was packed into this month’s Glossybox I was even more excited. This month Glossybox curated a fantastic box, and I am super pumped to share it with you.

What is Glossybox?
Glossybox is a beauty subscription that sends out premium beauty samples to members each month. The cost is $21 per month.

September All You Need for Fall Glossybox

This month Glossybox curated a box that contained everything you need to update your look, and inspired to give you products to look your best for the start of Fall.  September’s Glossybox was just over-the-top fantastic.

BCBGMAXAAZRIA Bon Genre -$20

This was the only item in the Glossybox that was not full size, which is amazing.  However, I am so picky when it comes to perfume. This is a new perfume from BCBGMaxAzria, and I am not 100% about it yet. This is pretty spicy and more bold than I am used to.

Oceane Makeup Remover Pen- Full Size $5.30

I was super excited to see this in the September Glossybox, and wonder why I didn’t have something like this sooner. This will be perfect for touch ups on eye liner without having to remove all my eye makeup, and perfect for those mid-day touch ups to get rid of cat eye.

Be a Bombshell Eyeliner Pen in Onyx -Full Size $14

Glossybox had an eye theme in mind when putting together this box, everything to create a perfect eye look. I always love getting eyeliner in my beauty boxes, and especially a good brand. I have been really happy with other Be a Bombshell products I have gotten, so I am excited to try this out. I especially like that it is in Onyx, a black color, just my style.

Emite Makeup Eyelash Curler- Full Size $30.50

Okay, this has to be the best part of the Glossybox this month. I was just thinking I needed to go get a new Eyelash Curler, and, “Tadaa!”,  Glossybox to the rescue. I love this style of eyelash curler, and cannot wait to give it a test drive.  I would definitely not pay $30 plus for an eyelash curler, so I am even more excited it was in this month’s Glossybox.

Nioxin Diamas Treatment –Full Size $50

I am really excited to give this Nioxin a try, since it is said to make your hair look thicker and strengthen it. It sounds like it is a primer for hair, since it is supposed to increase the diameter of hair strands. I can use all the help I can get, since I use hot irons and curlers, which I am sure, do their damage to the hair.  I am even more ecstatic that Glossybox included a full size Nioxin in the Glossybox.

Promo:
Right now you can use coupon code TARTE to get a free Tarte lipstick with any subscription 3 months or more, and Use coupon code LIP to get a free Malin + Goetz Lip Balm in Mojito on a month to month subscription.

TICKLED PINK OPINION:  I am just thrilled with this month’s Glossybox. The entire September Glossybox had a value of approximately $119. WOW.  And for the cost of $21 per month, I think that the quality and value included in September’s All you Need for Fall Glossybox was well worth the monthly price. I already am looking forward to October’s Box.
